**Messaging on Etsy:** Visit our Etsy store at sockssynergy.etsy.com and send us a message with the featured sock in mind. Let us know your preferences, ideas, and any special requests you have for your customized socks.

Our Process

1. **Send Us Your Ideas:** Once you've messaged us with your design preferences, feel free to send us any photos, caricatures, messages, names, or other ideas you have for your personalized socks.

2. **Mock-Up Design:** We'll create a mock-up of the design for you to approve. This gives you the opportunity to review the design and make any changes before moving forward with your order.

3. **Place Your Order:** Once you're happy with the design, you can purchase the socks directly on Etsy. In the personalized tab, simply write in your customization details as discussed.

4. **Order Approval:** Your order will be placed on hold for 24 hours to allow you time to review the design and make any final changes or cancel the order if needed.

5. **Printing and Shipping:** After 24 hours, your socks will go into printing. Once printed, you'll be sent tracking information so you can keep an eye on your order's progress. Expect your socks to arrive in about a week.

If you need your socks faster, we offer express shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Simply let us know your preference, and we'll ensure your socks are delivered to you as quickly as possible.
